As an entrepreneur Odette Gibson has undertaken various ventures where she has built, developed and sold successful businesses, including the Volensis Group, where she is currently Chairman. She also sits on the board of various companies in the capacity of Finance Director and has acted as a Management Consultant in the implementation of sophisticated IT systems for large enterprises.

Ms Gibson has been an accountant for thirty years and has taught accountancy at all levels. She strongly advocates Ethical Business Practices and is widely acknowledged as an Investor in People.
